This home is situated in a lovely, quiet, treed, residential area one block from a city park, and a short walk to the river, Old Nutana shopping & the Arts community. The University is about 2 miles away and there is excellent bus service to town as well as the University.
Guests have the complete and private use of the fully furnished whole main floor of this lovely 3 bedroom B&B, and the use of the large yard, garden and BBQ. The three bedrooms are a single room with a single massage bed, a twin bedroom with extra long beds, and q queen bedroom with a small attached nook. The guests have the full use of two shared bathrooms which include two showers and two tubs(one of which is a jacuzzi on the basement level). Each bedroon is $50.00 for one person and $65.00 for two persons. There are extra cots, and a crib mattress if need be for a child.
This B&B has wireless internet, satelite T.V., DVD & CD players, VCR, AC, washer/dryer.
The owner resides in the basement suite.
Smoking is allowed in the yard, as are pets. |

$50 night
Each room is $50.00 for one person and $15.00 extra for each additional person in the same room, as well as 5% PST.
A deposit is not required, but I do need the guests complete information - names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses in order to reserve the room.
It assists me in preparing for you if I know a ball park time of your arrival and departure too. Guests may arrive anytime during the day and evening, but special arrangements need to be made if guests are arriving after 11pm. Departing guests need to be out of their bedrooms by 11am so I can clean them for incoming guests; However the departing guests may stay in the rest of the B&B until their departure time.
If for any reason the guest's plans change they need to canel the reservation as soon as possible, either by phone or email.
Cash is preferred, but I will consider taking business cheques on the day of arrival or the next day. I'm not set up to accept credit cards.

Fron North & West use Idylwyld Hwy to 8th St, turn left (East) onto 8th Street to Broadway Ave., S. on Broadway to 5th St. then West for almost one block to house. From E. and S. use Hwy 16 (Circle) to Ruth Street Exit. Go East on Ruth to Broadway Ave. then North on Broadway to 5th Street, then West on 5th for almost one block and then you'll see my yellow, two front door B&B house on the North side of the street.
