Book the upper romantic Rose Room with ensuite and balcony access to your own private seating area or The Suite on the ground floor level (can sleep up to 5). Each room has TV, ceiling fans, and central air-conditioning. Other amenities include cozy bathrobes, premium bed linens/towels, wonderful sleeps in King beds, a quiet new residential area walking distance to our quaint town or the lake; a gorgeous grapevine-covered patio with gardens above. Relax and enjoy a daily glass of Okanagan wine. A delicious full breakfast featuring fresh Okanagan seasonal delights is served on our grapevine covered stone patio. Reduced rates are available for stays of one week or more.
Excellent winter rates available for long-term stays - please enquire.
Children welcome upon agreement (Rose Cottage Suite on lower level ONLY). Can sleep up to 4 max.
Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 10:30AM during High Season
Full deposit refunded with 21 days notice - for cancellation less than 21 days your deposit will be refunded less $50 cancellation fee. For no cancellation notice you will forfeit your deposit unless we fill the room. If you shorten your stay after arrival you will be charged for the reserved length of stay.

(look for the White Rose Arbor in the front yard)
East from Vancouver, Hwys 1 & 10 to Hope and 3 to Osoyoos.
South from Kelowna on Hwy 97 to 74th Street; Left on 74th past Sandpiper next Right onto Nighthawk, 6th house down on Right side.
North from USA on Hwy 97; Right on 74th, Right on Nighthawk Drive.
West from Calgary on Hwy 2 & Hwy 3.
West from Regina Highway becomes Main St. then left on Heron Lane to Stop sign, Right on 74th and a quick Left on Nighthawk Drive.
