On a cul de sac, this charming West Coast style home is nestled on 2 acres of pristine woodlands. Trails through the natural splendor of a westcoast forest or a short walk to the ocean are yours to enjoy. Enjoy the Fish pond, Rose and Flower Gardens on our property.

We are close to the Victoria International Airport and the BC Ferry's Swartz Bay terminal that links Vancouver Island with the mainland of British Columbia and the Anacortes Ferry, linking Sidney with Washington State.

A 15 minute drive to the Butchart Gardens and a 30 minute drive to Victoria's Inner Harbour are yours to enjoy. Within 5 minutes, you can be whale watching in Sidney, enjoying the sights and sounds of delightful Sidney, Kayaking in the local protected waters or Salmon Fishing.
