Liftlock bed and Breakfast is located on the Trent Canal, twelve blocks from downtown Peterborough, convenient to Trent University, Sir Sandford Fleming College, all the hockey rinks and major highways. This little bit of heaven boats a quiet atmosphere away from the bustle of the city.
Our seven acres of trees, lawns, brush, plus totem pole located on water is Canada at it's best.
Three luxurious ground level hotel- like suites are available. Each have pillowtop beds, ensuite baths, cable TV, living room furniture, air-conditioning, and bar fridges. Your home cooked delicious breakfast will be served next to the fireplace in winter and beside pool in summer.
Because of special zoning, our resident pets include 2 sika deer, a goose and black German Shepherd dogs. These animals are kept in a restricted area. |

A Credit card number is required to confirm each reservation. Any cancellation from the time of booking will be subject to a $50 Administration fee.
Any reservations cancelled without 3 day (72 hrs) advance notice will be subject to one night's accommodation charge for each room reserved unless the space can be sold.

Driving directions |

From Toronto take highway 115 to Peterborough by-passing the city. Stay on 115, then number changes to #7E heading for Ottawa. There are 4 intesections leading into Peterborough. At the 4th intersection of #7, Landsdowne St and Television Rd, take Television Rd. Television Rd to Parkhill RD. Turn left on Parkhill and go about another two city blocks. You will come to a small swing bridge on the Canal. DO NOT CROSS. Canal Rd is on the left. You will see our sign on the post. We are the last on house on Canal Rd
