Though downtown is only 20 min walk we show you the hidden gems in our neighbourhood, from secluded walks along the Elbow river, through wooded glens leading to a pathway up onto the escarpment with breath taking views of downtown skyline and the Rocky Mountains. We are the only 3 Diamond AAA / CAA rated B&B in Calgary. Stay with us and share our experiences of Calgary.
Tired of uniformed hotel rooms but enjoy the amenities provided by them. To enhance your stay we provide many amenities that you have come to expect from hotels but without the extra charges i.e. Free high speed internet access, free movie channels, free local calls and voicemail, all accessed from your room and of course we do not have any shared bathrooms.

$89 - $170 night
Single occupancy $89 to $149, Stampede $139.50 to $169.50
Double occupancy $99 to $169, Stampede $139.50 to $199.50
Extra child $15 to $20.00, Third Person $25 to $30.00.
Pets $8.00 per day for the first pet, 2nd pet $5.00 to a maximum 5-day charge for every 7 days stay. Taxes are 5% GST + 4% for Tourism Levy and are charged in addition to prices quoted.
Deposits
Stampede Reservations require full payment at the time when reserved. Block bookings and long-term stays require 50% to 100%.
Discounts
Members of AMA, CAA and AAA organizations receive 10%.
7 consecutive nights or more 15%. Winter weekly specials for 2 or more weeks, starting from $369.50 per week Stampede Reservations no discounts N.B. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts
Payment Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Interac, Cash and Travelers' Cheques.
Cancellations 4 days notice. Lack of notice will result in forfeit of deposit or one night charged to your credit card unless we are able to resell the room night or have not declined any potential reservations. Stampede Reservations
1. The Reservation is fully paid in advance, if cancelled with more than 31 days notice the monies will be refunded less $150.00 Admin Fee.
2. If the Reservation is cancelled with 31 days or less no refund unless I am able to resell the rooms then I am able to refund the monies less $150.00 Admin Charge.
During the busy summer season a reservation for single night made more than 2 weeks in advance may be declined. This is because we have limited amount of rooms and a single night often blocks a 2-3 day or longer booking.

Driving directions |

Exiting the airport and at the first set of lights, turn left onto Barlow Trail North and take the first left onto Airport Trail. Continue over the Deerfoot Trail and take a left turn to merge onto the southbound Deerfoot Trail. Take the 17 Ave S exit and turn right onto 17th Ave S.E. traveling across the Bow River and 17 Ave SE now becomes the Blackfoot Trail. Continue and after crossing the bridge over the railroad tracks take the Ogden Road exit, at the traffic lights turn right onto 26 Ave SE. Continue and after crossing the second railroad tracks, 26th Ave will veer to the left and become Dartmouth Road, with you having the right of way. Turn right at the next lights onto 25 Ave SE and continue on, passing Spillers Road and the Calgary Stampede Park, crossing McLeod Trail S then the Elbow river bridge now you are on 25 Ave SW. As you past the 1st Street SW Junction on 25 Ave SW. we are then a half a block down on the right side and it is a single house between two buildings.
