Come feast your senses in year round comfort at 40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast. Our newly renovated century home located on Parry Sound's waterfront is just a stroll to all the major attractions in town. We are featured in the 2008 ?Treasures of Ontario? book.
Each of our suites offers a unique and outstanding feature - be it a stunning view of Georgian Bay and the town's waterfront, a room with a spa-like bathroom, or a private, sun-drenched deck overlooking our gardens. Access to two sun porches, WIFI and pillow, book and music libraries add those special touches to make your stay memorable
Guests say the breakfasts served by Chef Simon make the stay incredible! His professional training and dedication to fresh organic ingredients and Fair Trade products show in everything from the coffee to such house specialties as cheddar and chive scrambled eggs, French toast with maple syrup and smoked salmon with brie quiche.
We are open year-round, and offer one-of-a-kind special packages in the off-season. |

$110 - $125 night
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m. The summer rate is $125.00/night plus 5% GST and includes a full breakfast. The winter rate is $110.00/night plus 5% GST and includes a full breakfast.
Our policy requires you to your booking with a credit card. There is no penalty should you need to cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance. Should you cancel your booking between 2 and 7 days, your credit card will be charged 50% of the fee; with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the fee, unless we are able to re-sell the room.
Please make special arrangements for arrival times after 9:00 p.m. Additional people in the room are $25.00 per person, and include a full breakfast. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge. Please note, for the comfort of other guests, we cannot accommodate very young children. We will do everything we can to provide you with your room preference, but regrettably, we cannot guarantee reservations for a specific room for single night stays. This a non-smoking facility; we are not licensed to have pets on the premises. (We can accommodate service animals with advance notice.)

Parry Sound is accessible by air (45 minutes from Pearson Airport), a major 4-lane highway (2.5 hours from Toronto), bus (Ontario Northland Bus Services), VIA Rail (3 days per week), and water (Big Sound Marina offers berths for boats up to 60 feet in length).
